What are your shop terms and conditions and returns policy?

DELIVERY
We deliver to UK mainland destinations excluding the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, these areas will incure an additional charge and you will be contacted within 24 hours after your order has been placed.  European and other destinations may be possible but additional delivery charges will apply, please contact us in advance for a quote.  We aim to process orders within 48 hours and deliver goods to you within five working days.  We will contact you should for any reason your item is out of stock or delayed and offer you either a revised delivery date or refund.

NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE

For your extra peace of mind all purchases are covered by our 14 day exchange or money back guarantee (excluding any carriage charges incurred). If you change your mind for whatever reason, return the unused item(s) in their original packaging to CamperVantatic, accompanied with the receipt / invoice and we will be pleased to offer you an exchange or refund - no hassles, for your total peace of mind.


PRICES & VAT

All prices on the web site are in £'s sterling and include VAT at 20%.


PAYMENT

Payment can be made securely using one of the following methods: 1) MasterCard / Visa / Switch / Solo / Delta. 2) Cheque.  Please make payable to CamperVantastic Ltd ensuring all details are correct with valid bankers card number, expiry date, full name, address and telephone number printed clearly on the reverse.  We do advise customers not to send any cash through the post, as CamperVantastic will not be held responsible for any losses.


GUARANTEE

All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. If a fault does occur during this period, we shall arrange to have the item repaired or replaced after it has been inspected. Any delivery charges will be met after inspection of the item.


AVAILABILITY

We aim to hold all items in stock, however should an item be more popular than we expected, there may be occasional delays when ordering. If this does occur then an advice note will be attached with your invoice. Sometimes we may experience difficulties with the supply of certain products and may therefore provide a substitute of the same or better quality at no extra cost.


PART DELIVERY / DAMAGED GOODS

All your goods should arrive in perfect condition, however, if you do receive any goods that appear to be faulty or damaged, the company must be advised within 72 hours of receipt. This applies to any items that may appear to be missing, unless stated on the invoice that the item is currently out of stock. If any items are not to be used straight away, we advise customers to check that these have been received in perfect condition and working order. The company will do everything possible to ensure your delivery arrives on time and intact, we will not accept responsibility for any additional expenses occurred due to late or incomplete deliveries.


RETURNS PROCEDURE

All goods returned must be clearly labelled and have full documentation enclosed including reason for return. All returnable goods must be reported to the company. Goods returned without any notice will not be accepted. Carriage charges are non refundable unless goods are faulty or not fit for their purpose. In this case a member of our customer services department will arrange for collection of the goods through our carrier,

What are your delivery times and charges?

If you wish to collect goods in person then please email us first, (you must arrange a collection appointment as we could be busy hiring out campervans), you can make payment on collection by cash, debit or credit card.  sales@campervantastic.com

Can I visit your premises?

Can I pay online and collect my purchases from you?

In the interests of security we are sorry but we cannot take online payments for goods to be collected from our premises.  However if you contact us to place your order we will be happy to reserve your items and take payment on collection, this safeguards your security.

We can also reserve goods for customers hiring a campervan that want to collect the items when their hire commences.

What is your privacy/data protection policy?

CamperVantastic Ltd is the sole owner of the information collected on this website and will not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.  We will ensure that all personal information supplied is held securely, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

I want to buy a Flexifoil Kite what should I choose?

For children over 6 years of age and beginners the Buzz is great and for the over eight the Big Buzz provide a great entry to the world of kite flying.  Both come complete with lines attached and ready to fly.  For those experienced at flying two line kites then the Sting is your next choice and this is highly recommended for those seeking more power, thrill and fun, the 3.3m should only be flown by the experienced, air time and dragging is possible in strong winds! The Sting is best as a four line kite and opens up a whole new world of flying, check out our store for further details.
