Superb - Excellent Company: What they do and how they do it… My wife and I, having never used a campervan, took the plunge in April and hired a Grand California from Campervantastic. We must say the whole experience was faultless. The team were so prompt, helpful and knowledgeable and in addition the quality of the van was ‘best in class’. The interactions with Ryan during the booking process, any email queries we had and the clarity of the information to prepare for the hire and understand what was expected were all excellent.
On arrival we were taken through a detailed explanation of the van’s features which was really comprehensive and helpful. The van itself was brand new and we could see that the other vans we either new or certainly a max up to 2 years old. Within the van itself, there were some really nice additions (‘cork’ floor mat in shower, condiment holder above cooking facilities, “how big the van was label!!!”, Duvalay Mattress topper, etc.), which showed that the things that are sold are also used in their hire vehicles. Our 5 days away in Norfolk, despite us not being “campervan aware” were really good, the van was easy to drive and had many technology add-ons (android auto, rear camera, lane assist…) and therefore, it was a great insight/experience.
We would highly recommend Campervantastic to others as the whole experience with excellent customer service and high-quality equipment make the hire ‘a pleasure’ (which is likely quite unique!).

We rented a California ocean for a long weekend in October, luckily the weather was kind to us. Campervantastic exceeded expectations - the van was really well stocked with the essential items so we didn't need to dig out all our camping gear. The staff were helpful and efficient.
All we had to bring was ourselves, duvets, pillows, food and towels. We did bring an extra sheet - but you wouldn't need one - pop top has a sheet on already.
They also offer tons of add on's.
We brought our lab and her matt fitted nicely on the floor. There's an extra cleaning charge if you bring a dog, which is fair enough.
Handy location in Forrest Hill on the south circular, and there is a garage opposite to top up on return.
Will be doing it again next year.
