The rear cargo area cannot be aired by windows. As a result, air and heat accumulate. With the AIR-SAFE the tailgate can be opened approx.10 cm whilst remaining locked. 

 

AIR-SAFE is made of stainless high-grade steel (V2A) and is hooked into the closure bail as an elongation of the original catch.
 

AIR-SAFE® VW T6.1/T6/T5 California is available for all VW T6.1/T6/T5 with automatic closing aid for the tailgate.

 

Use with a FLYOUT/MOSQUITO NET for the tailgate to ensure a night without mosquitoes.
