VW Genuine Tailgate (shower/utility) tent for VW T5/T6/T6.1 7H0 069 612 A
This Original VW Tailgate Shower awning fits to the open tailgate on the T5/T6/T6.1 via three clips and hook and loop fastener (velcro) and it packs down to 55x45x7cm and weighs less then 4kg and can be fitted into the VW California storage area for the chairs in the tailgate.
Quickly mounted this tailgate tent is for use only when the tailgate is open and fits all VW T5/T6/T6.1 models adding a practical living space for your camping holiday (note for security it is advised to remove the awning to lock and secure your campervan). It is highly useful not only for leisure activities but also as a shower area, toilet space, weather protection or even for better sleeping area ventilation in summer.
The tailgate tent has one side door and a closable mosquito window. It also benefits from a removable tunnel curtain between the tailgate and the inner living area to help prevent water ingress and provide privacy and is made from mould and flame-resistant material.
