Clip-in groundsheets provide a benefit over sewn-in. Whilst they feature all of the benefits of a sewn-in, they also tackle the negatives. With a clip-in, you're free to roam to any campsite with no limitations. This is because some campsites are now stipulating that they will only allow tents and awnings to be pitched if their customers use either a breathable groundsheet or no groundsheet at all.
