VW Locking Bolt for spare wheel (underneath), for T6.1/T6/T5/T4 VW California & Beach campervan (alloy wheels) ZGB 701 071 592
This is an original VW part used to keep the steel spare wheel underneath and is designed to fit vehicles that have alloy wheels and a steel or alloy spare wheels. If you have all steel wheels then you may require a shorter bolt.
Assists in preventing your spare wheel from being stolen (theft of the spare wheel is often not covered by insurance companies because the wheel is classed as an unsecured external item!).
This locking wheel nut for your spare wheel has a custom key nut to remove the bolt and a black plastic dust/dirt cap to protect the lock.
An average spare wheel and tyre can cost in excess of £200 to replace so this is a small price to pay, especially if your spare wheel is missing when you need it!
