VW BUS FEST IN HANNOVER GERMANY

Enter our competition and you might be one of three lucky winners to win weekend passes to the iconic, sold out, VW Bus Festival in Hannover, Germany on 23rd to 25th June 2023.

Each pass is worth €104 and allows entry for one VW camper/motorhome and up to 4 occupants to stay in the West International/Club Area approximately 10 minutes from all the action.

Note: Entrants must be UK residents. All photos must be original work taken by the entrants or permission sought from the owner. You must attend the festival in a VW campervan or motorhome. By entering you accept the terms and conditions which can be found below.

 

By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

 

1 Campervantastic Ltd have 3 Weekend camping tickets worth €104 allowing access to the West section International and Club Areas.  Each ticket permits one VW Commercial Vehicle (VWCV) and up to four occupants including the driver entry to Bus Fest in Hannover Germany 23rd to 25th June 2023. Winners will be responsible for making their own way to and from the event and for all associated travel costs.  The prize will also include a surprise VWCV goody bag.

2 The competition will run from 10am on 12th May until 11.59pm Thursday 25th May 2023. Only valid entries made within this period and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be considered.

3 Valid entries must be made by way of submitting your best VW Campervan/motorhome photo by email coolphotos@campervantastic.com or onto our Facebook page @CamperVantastic using the #campervantastic hashtag.

4      All photos must be original work, taken by the entrants or permission sought from the owner. No third party may own or control any materials the photo contains, and the photo must not infringe upon the trademark, copyright, moral rights, intellectual rights, or rights of privacy of any entity or person.

5 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.

6 Entrants must be UK residents over the age of 18 years and own a Volkswagen Commercial Campervan or Motorhome Vehicle. Employees of Campervantastic, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, their agents or contractors and anyone else connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

7 One entry per person. Multiple entries or entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.

8 The winners will be notified by reply on Facebook, Instagram, or email. Winners shall be required to provide a valid VW Commercial Vehicle registration number for entry to the show, their contact telephone number and postal address and such details shall only be used for the purpose of administering the prizes and shall be destroyed by CamperVanTastic after a reasonable period.

9 The winners will be notified after 10.00am on Friday 26th May 2023. If a prize is unclaimed after forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of winner’s notification email or message and reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, CamperVanTastic will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.

10 Prizes will be dispatched within one (1) week of the competition ending.

11 The entrants are responsible for ensuring any individuals featured in submitted photos also give their permission for their image to be used for promotional purposes and in any future marketing and advertising materials, website, social media, publications, promotions and prize draws of CamperVanTastic and Volkswagen Commerical Vehicles.

12 No alternative or cash prize will be offered and the prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.

13 This competition is run by Campervantastic Ltd Unit 5, 118 Stanstead Road, Forest Hill, London, SE23 1BX.

14 Campervantastic Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost or delayed or rendered invalid due to incorrect participant data, lack of network coverage, system, software or hardware failure or for any other reason beyond its control.  Entries not submitted in accordance with the rules will be disqualified.

15 Internet access is required.

16 Campervantastic Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entrants it believes not to be participating within the spirit of the promotion or suspects of participating in any unfair or unjust behavior.   Campervantastic Ltd reserves the right to use its discretion in all respects and to enforce any penalty or sanction it deems appropriate.

17 Campervantastic Ltd shall not be liable to any of the winners for any delay in them receiving their prizes. The Campervantastic Ltd team reserve the right to alter, amend, foreclose or withdraw the promotion or the terms and conditions of entry at any time and without prior notice.

18 Your personal data will be held by Campervantastic Ltd and will not be passed to any third party. If at any time you wish to withdraw from the prize draw your request should be made in writing to Campervantastic Ltd.

19 Entrants have a right to request a copy of information which Campervantastic Ltd holds about them. To do so, please write to us at Campervantastic Ltd Unit 5, 118 Stanstead Road, Forest Hill, London, SE23 1BX. A small fee may be charged for providing this information.

20  The competition and these terms and conditions (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law and any disputes or claims must be referred to the English courts.
