CAMPERVANTASTIC LTD – Photo Competition VolksWorld Show 2025 

Terms & Conditions

By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1      Campervantastic Ltd have 5 pairs of tickets allowing access to the VolksWorld Show at the South of England Showground, Haywards Heath

2      The competition will run from 10am on 18^th March until 12.00 Thursday 20th March 2025. Only valid entries made within this period and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be considered.

3      Valid entries must be made by way of submitting your best VW Campervan photo via our online form.

4      Entrants must be over the age of 18 years. 

5      Employees of Campervantastic, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, their agents or contractors and anyone else connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

6      One entry per person. Multiple entries or entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.

7      The winners will be notified by email and E-tickets will be sent by the VolksWorld organisers.

8      The winners will be notified after 12.00pm on Thursday 23^rd March and before 12.00pm on Friday 24^thMarch. 

9      Campervantastic accepts no liability for lost and unconfirmed entries. 

10   The winners are responsible for ensuring that any individuals featured in submitted photos also give their permission for their image to be used for promotional purposes and in any future marketing materials, website publications, promotions and prize draws of CamperVanTastic.

11   No alternative or cash prize will be offered and the prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.

12   This competition is run by Campervantastic Ltd Unit 5, 118 Stanstead Road, Forest Hill, London, SE23 1BX.

13   Campervantastic Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entrants it believes not to be participating within the spirit of the promotion or suspects of participating in any unfair or unjust behavior. Campervantastic Ltd reserves the right to use its discretion in all respects and to enforce any penalty or sanction it deems appropriate.

14   Campervantastic Ltd shall not be liable for any delays in winners receiving their prizes. 

15   The Campervantastic Ltd team reserve the right to alter, amend, foreclose or withdraw the promotion or the terms and conditions of entry at any time and without prior notice.

16   Your personal data will be held by Campervantastic Ltd and will not be passed to any third party. If at any time you wish to withdraw from the prize draw your request should be made in writing to Campervantastic Ltd.

17   Entrants have a right to request a copy of information which Campervantastic Ltd holds about them. To do so, please write to us at Campervantastic Ltd Unit 5, 118 Stanstead Road, Forest Hill, London, SE23 1BX. A small fee may be charged for providing this information.

The competition and these terms and conditions (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law and any disputes or claims must be referred to the English courts.
