We are just off the A205 South Circular, within the London ULEZ (Ultra Low Emission Zone), 10 minutes walking distance from Forest Hill Rail and Overground Station and 25 minutes from Catford and Catford Bridge Rail Stations. We are in easy reach of the M25 motorway and are not far from London Airports and major Ferry Ports such as Portsmouth, Plymouth, Harwich, Newhaven, Dover and Eurotunnel Cross-Channel services from Folkestone.
