CamperVantastic win two awards at the Mayor's Business Awards

Winner: Best New Company and Best Company Overall

Campervantastic was chosen as the overall winner. The judges felt Steve Lumley, the founder of Campervantastic, was ‘a real Richard Branson’. The business was launched in 2007 in a spare room at home, with help from the Lewisham Business Advisory Service. In 2008 their first website was launched and in March that year they purchased their second campervan.

The company now rents out campervans that are at the cutting edge of design and comfort and are superbly equipped with everything needed for a great "camping" experience. It also provides travel tips and offers loads of great extras, including; bike, surf and ski racks, hammocks, and luxury bedding sets. The company now has a comprehensive website, a hugely successful marketing campaign, a 1,500 square foot warehouse and an online camping accessories shop.
